Belt Fits up to a 47 1/2" Waist. Originally made for Wonder Pax Back heating pack. You can also fit the Wonder Pax neck/shoulder pack in the pocket. To use on your back as well. Just fold it in half and slide it into the pocket. It's a little bit of a tight squeeze. But, I promise it fits. I do it all the time! This belt makes the neck/shoulder pack a 2 in 1! You can also create your own packs to fit inside the pocket if you don't want to spend the money on a fancy schmancy gel pack. Just slide your ice, rice or heating pad (folded or rolled) into the pocket and wrap it in place. The pocket has a reusable nylon fastener (you know what V word I'm talking about! 😉 Dang copy rights... oy!) To keep your pack of choice in place when you take the belt on and off. The belt is also secured with the V word. I love this belt! It gives me the ability to get some pain relief and still be mobile. No more readjusting when you need to reposition.
