You can move about without the pack slipping off your shoulders. Our reusable ice pad can be carried in your bag or luggage for use on the road. Please note: the strap may vary, button or hook-and-loop straps may be sent randomly Flannel Backing Cold Pack You can choose either cold therapy by using the nylon side, or slow ice treatment by with the fabric flannel side. Usage for Cold Treatment Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. After removing the pack from the freezer, wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body. To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours. Note Used for Cold therapy only, don't heat the pack. It’s recommended to wear the cold compress wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
